Travis started racing under the direction of long time driver, and his father in-law, Wayne Salmond. Travis was hooked on the sport after his first time running a team. Travis has received numerous Infield Helper Awards, as well as Best Dressed Awards for his flashy yellow & blue outfit. He is one of the "go-to" holders for all of the drivers and can be seen helping out fellow drivers in almost every heat.
